Who we are

Quiet Giants Group Ltd (company number 17020070), registered in England at Suite 3 Highfield House, Congleton Road, Scholar Green, Stoke-on-Trent, ST7 3SY. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. To contact us about your data, use the contact form on any page.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and chat submissions. Name, company, email or phone number, your trade, and the area you work in — plus the page you enquired from. We use this to respond to your enquiry and prepare the growth plan you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites.
• Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no profiling, no marketing cookies.

Who processes it

Form and chat submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (our form-handling provider) and then held in our business email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we never add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus the periods required by law (for example, accounting records). If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal data, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle it. Use the contact form and we will respond within one month.
